CPS MISSING CREDITS గుర్తించటం ఎలా ?
Step 1: - క్రింద ఇచ్చిన లింక్ ఓపెన్ చేసి మీ PRAN నెంబరు, పాస్వర్డ్ enter చేసి login చేయండి
Step 2:- అక్కడ కనిపించిన investment summary పై క్లిక్ చేయండి
Step 3:- మీకు మూడు ఆప్షన్స్ కనిపిస్తాయి. వాటిలో transaction statement పై క్లిక్ చేయండి.
Step 4:- financial year, select చేసుకొని, generate statement పై క్లిక్ చేయండి.
మీకు ఆ ఫైనాన్స్ ఇయర్ కు సంబంధించిన అన్ని నెలల అమౌంట్ లు దానిలో కనపడతాయి.
ఇప్పుడు అక్కడ రైట్ సైడ్ టాప్ కార్నర్ లో Excel అని కనిపిస్తుంది
Excel మీద క్లిక్ చేసి ఫైనాన్స్ ఇయర్ కి సంబంధించిన ట్రాన్సాక్షన్స్ అన్ని ఫైనాన్స్ ఇయర్ ల స్టేట్మెంట్లు ఒక్క దగ్గర Excel రూపంలో తయారు చేసుకొని నెల వారీగా సంవత్సరాల వారిగా తయారు చేసుకుంటే ఏది మిస్సైందో ఈజీ గా కనుకోవచ్చు.
*ముఖ్యంగా గుర్తుంచు కావాల్సింది నెల వారీగా క్రెడిట్ అయిందో లేదో సరి చూసుకోవాలి, DA లు, PRC RPS2015 మరియు PRC Arrears, 6 years 12 years Arrears ( DSC 2003 , DSC 2006 వాళ్ళు నోషనల్ Arrears, RPS 2010 మరియు CSS Arrears add అయినవా లేదా చూసుకోండి. DSC 2008 వాళ్ళు కొందరికి CSS ARREARS కూడా చెక్ చేసుకోండి)
** DSC 2003 వాళ్లకు STEPUP arrears kuda check చేసుకోండి.
September 2020 వరకు DSC 2003(SA/SGT) వారికి
*1) 155 నెలలు=155
*2) PRC +Notional Arrears 2010=2
*3) STEPUP arrears =1
*4) RPS 2015 AND PRC Arrears=19
*5) CSS ARREARS =1
*6) LEGACY INTREST=1 (పని చేసే STO ల ను బట్టి మారుతుంది)
*7) 6 Years +12 Years=2
* 8) DA లు (వుందా వచ్చు)=17
(ఇక్కడ కొన్ని DA లు CSS లలో జమ అయితే ఎక్కువ లేదా తక్కువ అగును)
* మొత్తం మీద అన్ని క్రెడిట్స్ కలిపి= 198 + వుండును
* transfers arrears కూడా వుంటాయి.
*September 2020 వరకు DSC 2006(SA LP PET) వారికి
*1) 131 నెలలు= 131
*2) PRC +Notional Arrears 2010=2
*3) RPS 2015 AND PRC Arrears=19
*4) CSS ARREARS =1
*5) LEGACY INTREST=1 (పని చేసే STO ల ను బట్టి మారుతుంది)
*6) 6 Years +12 Years=2
*7) DA లు (వుందా వచ్చు)=17
(ఇక్కడ కొన్ని DA లు CSS లలో జమ అయితే ఎక్కువ లేదా తక్కువ అగును)
* మొత్తం మీద అన్ని క్రెడిట్స్ కలిపి= 172 + వుండును
* (SGT వారికి 3 తక్కువ గా వుంటాయి)
* transfers arrears కూడా వుంటాయి.
*September 2020 వరకు DSC 2008(SA) వారికి
*1) 108 నెలలు= 108
*2) RPS 2015 AND PRC Arrears=19
*3) CSS ARREARS =1 (అందరికీ వుండవు)
*4) 6 Years=1
*5) DA లు (వుందా వచ్చు)=16
* మొత్తం మీద అన్ని క్రెడిట్స్ కలిపి= 145 + వుండును
* (SGT 15 తక్కువ వుంటాయి)
* transfers arrears కూడా వుంటాయి.
September 2020 వరకు DSC 2012 వారికి
* 1) 94 నెలలు= 94
* 2) RPS 2015 AND PRC Arrears=19
* 3) 6 Years=1
* 4) DA లు (వుందా వచ్చు)=13
* మొత్తం మీద అన్ని క్రెడిట్స్ కలిపి= 127+ వుండును
transfers arrears కూడా వుంటాయి.
Month & Year-wise CPS Details
ఈ క్రింది లింక్ ద్వారా మీ CPS వివరాలను మరియు మంత్ వైజ్ year wise token number లను 2012 తర్వాత నుంచి పొందవచ్చు. అంతకంటే ముందు వివరాలను పనిచేసిన స్కూల్/ MRC నుంచి పొందాలి.
@ మీరు సేకరించిన cps వివరాలను మంత్ వైజ్ టోకెన్ నంబర్స్ details కోసం ఈ క్రింది లింక్ లో సరి చూసుకొని DTA వాళ్ళు ఇచ్చిన proforma లో నింపి STO లలో సబ్మిట్ చేయవచ్చు.
@ మీరు పనిచేసిన STO లలో వాటిని సబ్మిట్ చేసి మిసింగ్ క్రెడిట్స్ ను ADD చేయించు కోవచ్చు.
@ STO లో సబ్మిట్ చేసే proforma ఈ క్రింది లింక్ నుంచి download చేసుకోవచ్చు

@ Memo No.D2/6774, Dt 31.03.2021 NPS/CPS Subscriptions pertaining to the period from Year of 2005 to 31-12-2019 - Employee and Employer contributions Amounts not uploaded by the Treasury Officers to the respective PRANs - Uploading of missing credits - Instructions - Issued - Regarding.
♦️Procedure for uploading the data of Employee Id and PRAN in IFMIS.
> Login in IFMIS through the concerned DDO Code.
> Go to Bill Section and select "Upload Missing Cps Pran".
> Click the "Download Sample File" button which appears at the right corner of the Screen and the save the file "sample file".
> Upload all the data mentioned at columns "EMP ID" & "PRAN" of Excel sheet in "sample file" and save the said sample file.
> Click the "Browse" button and select the "sample file".
> Click the "Upload" button and successfully uploaded" is appeared.
♦️Procedure for uploading the Missing Credits in IFMIS.
> Login in IFMIS through the concerned DDO Code.
> Go to Bill Section and select "Cps bill (Missing data)
> Select Download and download the sample file and save the said sample file
> Upload all the corresponding data in sample file from excel sheet and save the said sample file (Do not modify the column names in sample file).
> Click the "Browse" button and select the "sample file"
> Select "Download" and download the sample file.
> Download the text file and generate SCF in NPScan.
